- Day 1 - Tuesday, Sept. 29 - Bowling Green area, Kentucky - We motorcoach from Zachary to Baton Rouge, Hammond, and Meridian, MS, with pickups along the way. Overnight in Bowling Green, Kentucky, area.
Day 2 - Wednesday, Sept. 30 - Ashtabula, Ohio - Motorcoach to Kentucky by way of Louisville, with a brief stop at Churchill Downs (site of the Kentucky Derby), then through Ohio from Cincinnati to Cleveland. Overnight in Ashtabula, Ohio. (B)
Day 3 - Thursday, Oct. 1 - Syracuse, New York - Motorcoach to Buffalo, N.Y. We spend midday at Niagara Falls, visiting the falls (U.S.) with the Maid of the Mist boat trip under the falls. Overnight in Syracuse, N.Y. (B)
Day 4 - Friday, Oct. 2 - Rutland - Vermont - Motorcoach through New York's capital, Albany, and into western Massachusetts. At Stockbridge, we visit the Norman Rockwell Museum and continue on to beautiful Vermont for an overnight stay in Rutland. (B)
Day 5 - Saturday, Oct. 3 - Littleton, New Hampshire - A day of sightseeing in the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont. Morning visit to the Calvin Coolidge Historic Site. Mid-day visit to Woodstock, Vermont. Three nights in Littleton, New Hampshire, located on the border with Vermont. We do day trips from this central location. (B)
Day 6 - Sunday, Oct. 4 - Littleton, New Hampshire - Today we visit a maple syrup farm and an apple cider mill. We also visit Stowe, Vermont, and see some spectacular scenery. Lunch at Von Trapp Family Lodge. (B, L)
Day 7 - Monday, Oct. 5 - Littleton, New Hampshire - A day of spectacular scenery. We ride into the heart of New Hampshire's beautiful White Mountains. Enjoy Cannon Mountain Aerial Tram and Franconia Notch. We have an included lunch and tour at the renowned Mount Washington Hotel and enjoy stops along the most scenic highways in New England, such as the Kancamagus, to see covered bridges and wonderful vistas. Day 8 - Tuesday, Oct. 6 - Kennebunkport, Maine - Motorcoach along the base of Mt. Washington, New England's highest mountain, and then through the woods and lakes of Maine to coastal Freeport. Midday stop to shop at the main L.L. Bean and many other outlets. Journey to Kennebunkport to view George Bush's home. Time for shopping. Overnight in the Kennebunkport area. (B)
Day 9 - Wednesday, Oct. 7- Boston area- Picture stop at the popular Nubble Lighthouse. On to Boston for guided sightseeing of Old Boston. Time at Quincey Market for eating and shopping. Overnight in the Boston area. (B)
Day 10 - Thursday, Oct. 8- Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania - Morning visit to Old Sturbridge Village. Through Connecticut into Pennsylvania for overnight Wilkes Barre. (B)
Day 11- Friday, Oct. 9- Winchester, Virginia –Through the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Overnight in Winchester. (B)
Day 12- Saturday, Oct. 10- Chattanooga, Tennessee - Morning drive with the wonderful Blue Ridge Mountains in view. Then visit the beautiful Natural Bridge. Motorcoach along the Blue Ridge Mountains and through eastern Tennessee. Overnight in Chattanooga. (B)
Day 13- Sunday, Oct. 11- Home - We arrive home with many wonderful memories of a spectacular tour. (B)
