  • Day 1, Saturday, May 29 - En route -  Depart  for an overnight flight.

    Day 2, Sunday, May 30 - Tel Aviv, Israel-  Evening arrival in Tel Aviv. Overnight on the Mediterranean coast. (D)

    Day 3, Monday, May 31 - Sea of Galilee, Israel - Motor coach north along the Mediterranean Sea to visit Caesarea where Paul was taken prisoner. Visit Elijah's Mount Carmel and the ancient fortress of Megiddo. Cross the Armageddon Valley and visit Nazareth, the boyhood home of Jesus, which is located on the shore of the beautiful Sea of Galilee, our home for two nights. (B,D)

    Day 4, Tuesday, June 1 - Sea of Galilee, Israel - Take a boat ride across the Sea of Galilee and visit the Mount of Beatitudes, Caesarea Philippi, Mount Hermon, the Jordan River headwaters, and Capernaum, the focal point of Jesus' Galilee ministry. (B,D)

    Day 5, Wednesday, June 2 - Jerusalem, Israel - Journey to Cana this morning, then onto the baptismal site in the Jordan River for those who desire. Then, we head down to the Jordan Valley and visit the Beth Shan excavation. Continue on to visit ancient Jericho. Then up the Jericho Road to Jerusalem. (B,D)

    Day 6, Thursday, June 3- Jerusalem, Israel - Today, visit Bethlehem, the site where Jesus was born, and Shepherd's Field, the traditional location where angels proclaimed Jesus's birth. Continue to Jerusalem and visit the Mount of Olives, the Garden of Gethsemane, and the Garden Tomb. (B, D)

    Day 7, Friday, June 4- Jerusalem, Israel - Discover Jerusalem's most sacred sites, including Pilate's Judgement Hall, the Pool of Bethesda, the Via Dolorosa, and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Tour the Old City, the Upper Room, and the Garden Tomb, then enjoy an afternoon to explore on your own. (B,D)

    Day 8, Saturday, June 5- Jerusalem, Israel - Today, we visit the Dead Sea Scrolls Museum and Massada's historic fortress, which overlooks the peaceful waters of the Dead Sea. (B, D)

    Day 9, Sunday, June 6- Jerusalem - Our sightseeing continues with the Temple Mount Wailing Wall and Jaffa. In the afternoon, our sightseeing includes modern Tel Aviv. (B,D)

    Day 10, Monday, June 7- Petra, Jordan - Morning departure to the Jordan River Crossing. Visit the Bethany baptism site, and view the Holy Land from the top of Mount Nebo, as Moses did. We have a special lunch today and overnight in Petra. (B,L,D)

    Day 11, Tuesday, June 8- Petra, Jordan - Full day of sightseeing in Petra, one of the great wonders of the world. (B,L,D)

    Day 12, Wednesday, June 9- Amman, Jordan- Today, we head to Amman, the capital of Jordan. We have day rooms in Amman for evening rest. (B,L,D)

    Day 13, Thursday, June 10- Home- Early morning flight for home, arriving in Baton Rouge early evening.
