- Day 1 – Saturday, August 21- Seattle- Fly from Baton Rouge. Upon arrival, transfer to our hotel. Enjoy time on your own. Overnight in Seattle.
Day 2 - Sunday, August 22- Seattle- Transfer to the brand new STAR Princess, with an afternoon departure. This will be our home for the next seven days.
Day 3 - Monday, August 23- Sea Day- Enjoy a day on the ship. Relax with a book or partake in one of the many activities or lectures available.
Day 4 - Tuesday, August 24- Ketchikan- Noted for fishing and totem poles. Visit the historic area along the river. Optional excursions are available.
Day 5- Wednesday, August 25- Endicott Arm and Dawes Glacier (Scenic Cruising)- Juneau- This morning, watch outside your cabin as we cruise down this 30-mile-long fjord characterized by steep, granite walls, cascading waterfalls, and drifting icebergs. At the fjord's end lies Dawes Glacier, a tidewater glacier known for its striking blue ice. This afternoon, we arrive in Juneau, Alaska's gorgeous capital city. Optional excursions available.
Day 6- Thursday, August 26- Skagway- Relive Alaska's gold rush days in this "Gateway to the Klondike" and home of the famed Chilkoot Trail. In historic Skagway, Alaska's past lives on in a spectacular natural setting. Optional excursions are available.
Day 7- Friday, August 27– Sea Day- Enjoy a day on the ship. Relax with a book or partake in one of the many activities or lecture available.
Day 8- Saturday, August 28– Victoria, British Columbia, Canada- Visit a city renowned for its beautiful gardens, charming houses, and very British feel. Optional excursions are available. Passport is required to disembark.
Day 9- Sunday, August 29– Seattle- Your cruise ends here. Transfer to airport for flight home.
